Is Porsche developing yet more Boxster spin-offs? Our spies have caught this Boxster on test in Germany as it leaves the grounds of a component supplier, suggesting more tweaks are in the pipeline.
Admittedly, we have little info to go on with this scoop. The black Boxster – fitted with the optional hard-top – is fitted with Porsche’s ceramic brakes (as denoted by the yellow callipers) and has some light disguise around the front end, while the rear lamps are different to today’s car.
But then, evolution is the name of the game at Porsche – and rightly so. Let’s just hope it’s not planning too many more limited editions of the Boxster. Ferry might be turning in his grave at the prospect of even more liveried specials…
