► New spyshots of next 7-series
► Seen here in M Sport spec
► See the new Seven summer 2015
The new 2015 BMW 7-series has stepped out in M Sport trim, shown here in our latest spy photos. This is likely to prove one of the most popular trimlines on the new four-door.
It’s not long before we see the new Seven (codenamed G11) in production guise in June 2015, but the usual launch cadence means the prototypes are now losing their disguise and giving us a clearer look at how the new limo will look.
The M-Sport 7-series spy photos
This test car is still wrapped in BMW’s trademark psychedelic camo, but we can now see the M Sport trim pack in place, with chunkier front spoilers, sills, enormous chromed exhaust finishers and other cosmetic accessories.
And those M wheels are another option that style-chasing buyers can specify; BMW is a past master at encouraging its customers to step up the options ladder, adding extra pounds and pennies to Munich’s coffers for added posing power in the work car park.
Carbonfibre tech for new 7-series
BMW is ladelling all its tech know-how into the new range-topping saloon. Learnings from Project i will be applied to more and more regular BMWs, and the 7-series will feature a carbonfibre-reinforced architecture said to trim up to 130kg from the kerbweight.
Check out also the new laser headlamp graphic, visible in these spyshots for the first time. The new 7-series will be available in regular and long-wheelbase bodystyles. Click here for more news, reviews and scoops on the Seven.
