If there’s one area where the CX-60 excels then it’s the interior. Here, in middling Homura specification, there’s a level of refinement that’s usually re-served for much more expensive cars. The leather and soft-touch plastics feel premium, and the matt black trim finish is far classier than glossy piano black.
There’s not a squeak or rattle to be heard and the button placement feels well thought out, too.
One touch I’ve found handy is the three-pin plug socket in the back, which has proven invaluable for topping up camera batteries, and the boot space is plenty big enough for carrying my worldly possessions to some recent far-flung photo shoots.
