► Official new trailer for 24th 007 film SPECTRE
► Shows Aston DB10 and Jaguar C-X75 in full flight
► Return of in-car gadgets confirmed by Q
A new full-length trailer for the next Bond movie SPECTRE has been released online, confirming the new film’s stars as the cars. Forget Daniel Craig, Christopher Waltz and Monica Bellucci – it’s clearly the Aston Martin DB10 and Jaguar C-X75 that are going to steal the show.
We’ve already seen some of the on-camera car action in a behind the scenes mini documentary, but in the new trailer we get to see Ben Whishaw’s Q showing the DB10 to Daniel Craig’s James Bond for the first time. ‘Magnificent, isn’t she?’ he says, before revealing 007’s new ride will do 0-60mph in 3.2sec and has a ‘few little tricks up her sleeve’.
This is followed by shots of the exclusive Aston racing around the walls of Vatican City with the C-X75 in hot pursuit. Later on there even appears to be afterburners – but you can make a judgment on that yourself by watching the trailer above.
What do you reckon? Is the old Bond back – or is all this a little bit too much for 2015? Either way, you should make the most of seeing the DB10 in action while you can, as the car is only set to appear with 007 at the wheel and won’t be coming to your local Aston showroom. The Aston Martin DB11 due in 2016 is the British luxury marque’s next production car.
The 24th James Bond film SPECTRE is due for general release in cinemas this November.
