Ken Okuyama, design supervisor of the Ferrari Enzo, pulled the covers off his next creation during the Monterey Car Week: the Kode 0.

This sharp-looking supercar is a one-off creation that was on show at The Quail: A Motorsports Gathering.

It’s based on a Lamborghini Aventador, using its 6.5-litre V12 engine and quite a lot of its interior.

Still, the Kode 0 (pronounced ‘code zero’) is all about the way it looks; Okuyama’s ‘one motion’ design is apparently meant to make you look at the pointy nose first, then run your eyes along the car.

Particular design details include vertically-mounted LED headlights, massive anthracite wheels and green detailing in the rear air vents.

A triangular exhaust completes the look at the rear, and a pair of scissor doors will make sure you make an entrance whenever you exit.
