So what’s new?

From what we’ve seen so far, the ‘all-new’ version looks relatively unchanged from its predecessor, shown below – with only a few new creases, different lights and redesigned alloys distinguishing the two.

Subaru has only confirmed that the new XV wil feature the brand’s ‘Symmetrical All-Wheel-Drive’ system, and it’s safe to assume that the familiar boxer engine line-up will remain.

When will we find out more?

The new XV will be unveiled on 7 March at 10:00 AM (GMT), at the 2017 Geneva motor show. Here’s hoping it improves on its predecessor’s performance
