Land Rover is trying to prove it’s still possible to be a true American pioneer – by crossing the breadth of the United States without using proper paved roads. To take on the 4735-mile trek, Land Rover used two standard-spec Discoverys (badged LR4 in the US) and set out from North Carolina to Oregon’s Pacific coast, encountering mountain trails, prarie wildland and even a Hollywood megastar along the way…
