Renault Wind Roadster Gordini (2011) first official pics

Updated: 26 January 2015

At the 2010 Geneva motor show Renault unveiled the Gordini versions of  the Clio and the Twingo. So it should come as no surprise that one year on Renault’s planning to unveil the Wind Roadster Gordini at the 2011 Swiss show.

But unlike previous Gordini models, there has been no go-faster Renaultsport version first. Welcome, then, to our first taste of the hot Wind…

Renault Wind Roadster Gordini: what do you get?

It’s pretty much stock Gordini treatment here. The Gordini Wind will take on board the famous blue and white stripe lines across the bonnet, 17-inch black diamond alloy wheels, Glacier White door mirrors, grille trim and rear wing, and a gloss black roof.

The usual Wind logo, set back behind the driver’s door, has moved aside for the Gordini tradename plate.

And what about inside the Renault Wind Roadster Gordini?

Inside the Gordini colour scheme is continued with black and blue leather upholstery, blue and white doorstraps and a blue leather steering wheel complete with the trademark white signature stripes.

Even the gear lever gaiter is polished off with Renault Gordini’s Malta Blue.

No prices or other details have been confirmed yet. Expect UK sales to kick off later in 2011.
