► New Flying Huntsman on the way
► This time it’s a convertible
► Defender-based six-wheel drive
You might remember Kahn Design’s Flying Huntsman of 2015 – an XXL Land Rover Defender-based six-wheeled pickup truck, it was quite hard to miss.
Now the Bradford-based design and customisation agency has revealed plans for a follow-up – and this time it’s a convertible.
This sketch is the first look at the upcoming creation, with more details to be announced early in 2018.
The Flying Huntsman starts out in life as a Land Rover Defender 110 and gains an extra driven axle and whole lot of extra length in its conversion to a Flying Huntsman.
Headed up by Afzal Kahn, Kahn Design’s Chelsea Truck Company and Project Kahn brands specialise in customisation and modifications for Defenders along with Range Rovers, Jeep Wranglers and Mercedes G-Wagens.
Pricing for the convertible Huntsman is yet to be announced, but previous hardtop and pick-up models have started from around £200,000.
